Hi, I'm Omar Noury A Mechanical Engineering Student with a passion for Autonomous Systems & Mechanical Design
About Me
I am a fifth-year Mechanical Engineering student with a concentration in Mechatronics at the University of British Columbia. Over time,
I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for the learning process—whether that means improving mechanical systems or developing software that
streamlines engineering workflows. This curiosity drives me to continuously refine my approach, making each new project more streamlined
and impactful than the last.
Above all, I value the ability to learn, adapt, and master new skills. I believe that no problem is too
complex to figure out, and every obstacle is an opportunity to grow.
Throughout my degree, I’ve gained hands-on experience with CAD modeling, control systems, and computational problem-solving in various labs
and team projects. I take pride in breaking down complex challenges and transforming them into practical, high-performance solutions.
My goal is to become a Mechanical Design Engineer or specialize in Engineering software development, applying my skills to build systems
that are not just functional, but scalable, optimized, and robust.
Skills
My core strenths are Mechanical Design, Finite Element Analysis, and Control Systems.
